Writing the Stories Only We Can Tell

Think of this as part creative exploration and part pep talk for leaning into the stories unfolding in your life. By the end of the workshop, you will come away seeing acts of awareness, dwelling, and journaling as catalysts toward writing the stories within you that are begging to be written. You'll also find affirmations and ideas to overcome blocks and appreciate the creative flow within your family lineage (as I share my own). : )
