For the Muslim Mama (or soon to be wife or mother) seeking inspiration, community, and a space to share your stuff. If you're feeling a little disconnected or uninspired, this is just the space to bring your spark back to life inshaAllah! Our community is rooted in traditional Islamic values in adherence to the Qur’an and Sunnah and a traditional understanding of Muslim motherhood and family life.

Once you've joined the paid membership, you'll have access to the full Refresh Library and all links/details for virtual or in-person gatherings will be shared in our private WhatsApp group.

No problem. Although we share writing prompts and encourage writing, you are welcome to use the prompts for any form of artistic or creative exploration.

We love for our members to be active in the group so everyone feels comfortable sharing but it is all up to you.

What you put into it is what you get out of it.

You can explore resources on your own time, dabble in a creative exercise once in a while or join a virtual gathering whenever you're able to.

There is zero guilt about showing up. The resources are all available to you during your RS Membership time period.

Being active in the members chat is important to the intimacy of the group and members who are inactive for 2 months may be gently removed. You are welcome to re-join the members chat by request within your membership time frame.

Our share threads are there as an exciting way to connect and cheer each other on but you can choose to share or not, it's all up to you.

We have a waitlist and open up limited spots every few months. The next enrolment is in May 2025. The membership is valid for either 6 months or 1 year; after which members are encouraged to continue maintaining their cohort friendships through meet-ups if they wish. You are also welcome to join any future workshops through the Refresh Marketplace.

Most of our members are in North America since our virtual events are in the EST time zone.

Members are in: Ontario, Calgary, Canada; Texas, Virginia, and London. ♡ We love seeing RS pods growing all over!

Our in-person workshops are only in Milton, Ontario.

RS is either a 6-month or 1-Year membership. The 6-Month Membership may be renewed for up to 1-year. The heart of Refresh has always been to reignite creativity in Muslim mothers and nurture a renewed sense of connection — all within an encouraging space guided by intentional prompts and gatherings.

Your selected time frame allows for grounded connection, focused growth, and more personal support during your time in the cohort.

My hope is that by the end of the year, members feel inspired to carry their creative spark into their own rhythms — with family, friends, and community — for years to come, inshaAllah.

While we share a lot about Muslim motherhood, we welcome members who are soon to be wives and mothers as well!
